Angela Telford
Angela first became involved with complementary medicine over 30 years ago while spending a year travelling in China and Tibet. She became aware through her own health issues during this time of the benefits of a more holistic way of life. Inspired by her experiences in the Far East, on her return, she became a massage therapist and then progressed to working as a reflexologist. She has worked exclusively as a reflexologist for most of her career.
Alongside her mobile work, she has had reflexology clinics in some of London's top health clubs including The Third Space in Piccadilly, The Sanctuary in Covent Garden, and Body Works West in Notting Hill as well as spending time working as a therapist in Rio, Brazil. She stopped running her practice at a large City bank to focus entirely on her mobile practice.
Over the years she has had many well known clients, particularly from the field of the Arts & Media but enjoys giving treatments to people from a variety of different backgrounds. Her client base comes from a broad range of ages, from children to senior citizens and she often gives treatments to the whole family.
She uses her interest in philosophy, psychology, yoga, and meditation to complement her work.
She has written a book on Visual Reflexology the skill of reading the health of the person through the appearance of their feet and also runs workshops for reflexologists on this aspect of reflexology. Please contact her should you wish to take part in one of these workshops or would like to book one for a group.
